Analista de Folha de Pagamento Pleno

We are looking for a Mid-Level Payroll Analyst with strong technical command of payroll calculation, hands-on experience with ADP systems, and a background in audit processes — acting as the bridge between HR, Finance, and the payroll provider.

●      Full payroll processing (hires, terminations, vacation, 13th salary, payroll charges)

●      Submission, validation, and monitoring of eSocial events

●      Direct liaison with ADP, ensuring quality and timeliness of processing

●      Review and closing of payroll before approval

●      Preparation of payroll expense reports to support Finance (e.g., vacation accruals)

●      Calculation and assessment of taxes and payroll charges for payment by Finance

●      Maintenance of employee records in the payroll/HR system

●      Support for internal and external audits related to payroll and HR controls

●      Handling employee questions and requests about payroll (payments, payslips, vacation, 13th salary, etc.) and benefits

●      Solid experience as a Mid-Level Payroll Analyst, with command of the full cycle (calculation, closing, termination settlements, charges)

●      Proven hands-on experience with the ADP system

●      Background in audit processes (internal or external) related to payroll and controls

●      Advanced English (mandatory) — spoken and written communication

●      Knowledge of eSocial, DCTFWeb, and Brazilian labor law

●      Advanced Excel

●      Completed higher education (Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields)

●      Experience at technology/fintech companies

●      Background working in a fully remote environment

●      Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCTs)

●      Certifications in payroll or compliance
